Welcome to Camp UTABA ...

 Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, shielded from the harsh clamor of the city by a majestic mantle of pine, is a small retreat area which has been set aside by American Baptists for Worship, Renewal and Revival. This is YOUR place..Camp UTABA

The cornerstone of UTABA are the words, CARING, RENEWAL and WHOLENESS. UTABA strives to be a center where you can come for many different activities, or to simply do nothing at all. Whether through our regular program of camping each Summer, or if you want to have your own group camp, or time alone, UTABA seeks to meet your needs.

Mission Statement.
Camp Utaba exists to provide a place for spiritual renewal through environments, experiences and resources which draw people of all ages to God through the ministry of Christian camping.

UAABC Camps

Jr – Sr High Camp:
Radical Love:
God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them.– 1 John 4:16
Come to beautiful Camp Utaba; meet new friends or reconnect with old ones as we play games, hike, swim in the river, sing at campfire and enjoy God’s creation. Most importantly we will explore together what it means to love as Jesus loved. We are called by Christ to live differently then the rest of world – a life of radical love.  We will be looking at how we might not “conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds” (Romans 12:2)

Kids Camp
During Camp Utaba Boot Camp you will experience many adventures including: Physical challenges, Bible challenges, art and crafts, daily obstacles and games, chapel, campfire and the canteen...You will make new friends, enjoy the great outdoors and most importantly...develop your relationship with Christ! Be all that God wants you to be!

For kids completing 3rd grade through 6th grade.
